He was able to repair my parents early 2000s furnace a few times.

“My family has used Tom's services for a long time. He was able to repair my parents early 2000s furnace a few times. He always did good work and explained what needed to be done promptly. He was able to repair the furnace in my old trailer and recommended a it be replaced due to the age. He was able to explain the dangers of my current furnace after my move and explained why we shouldn't have anyone install a replacement motor to avoid a house fire. I am now going forward on a full replacement. Tom is a reasonable and knowledgeable HVAC professional and very honest and not looking to put anyone in danger for a quick buck.”

"We had several occurrences where we needed the assistance of Tom Torrence over the years, as our furnace was very old and on its last leg. Tom assisted us in keeping it going through a couple more winters. When we could no longer kick the inevitable can down the road, Tom helped us acquire a new furnace and installed it in a very timely fashion. Prices were always reasonable, and he even offered very fair financing options as well for the new furnace and installation. ... Not service related, but Tom went out of his way to be very kind to my dogs, who were both anxious due to his presence. Shows what kind of person he is. Would highly recommend this company."
